Designed to ensure smooth truck loading, this insulated and solidly built silo integrates perfectly into a single-lane configuration, providing unobstructed clearance and a lane width of up to 14 feet, depending on your requirements.
Manufactured from 44W steel with walls and cones featuring a 3/8" thickness, reinforced with 1/4" CHT 400 conical plates, this cylindrical silo with a 139-inch diameter is fully insulated for optimal thermal performance. It includes 8 inches of mineral wool insulation in two layers, complemented by rock wool and fiberglass on the walls, the roof (up to 12 inches), and the cone.
The exterior finish in steel cladding and 18-gauge conical sheet metal ensures durability and aesthetics. The discharge system is equally impressive: electro-pneumatic controls from the control cabin, an opening aligned with the truck axis for centered loading, mechanical locking for maintenance, electric heating, and 50 mm rock wool insulation, all protected by a high-temperature coating.
Finally, the pneumatic system includes a 200 L air tank connected to the air network, integrated lubrication, and a heated centralized cabinet for reliable operation of the discharge gates.
